SPETA Team Visits Batam: Exploring Industrial and Innovation Hubs

The Secretariat Team recently conducted a site visit to Batam to gain insights into regional industrial developments and innovation initiatives. The visit began at Panbil Industrial Estate, where we learned about their recent projects and toured the estate. The team also explored Tembesi Innovation Development, a strategic collaboration between Panbil Group and Sembcorp Development, gaining valuable understanding of their development and innovation efforts.

The team then visited PT Phillip Industries Batam, participating in a factory tour to observe their manufacturing processes and operational practices. The day concluded with discussions on industry trends, innovation, and opportunities for collaboration across the region.
