The Global Ready Talent (GRT) Programme supports Singapore companies by co-funding internships stipend for local students helping you attract young talent, build brand awareness, and strengthen your workforce capabilities.
Access Future Talent
Tap into a pool of skilled and enthusiastic local students from IHLs (ITEs, polytechnics and universities) for internship placements.
Receive Up to 50% Funding Support
Enterprise Singapore co-funds the internship stipend (up to 50%) to make it cost-effective to bring on young talent.
Enhance Employer Branding
Showcase your company as a youth-friendly employer and attract top graduate talent for long-term hiring.

Eligibility
- Local incorporated with at least 30% local shareholdings on a group level
- Have been in operation for at least one year
- Financially viable with adequate cashflow
- Committed to offer meaningful internship, learning opportunities and proper mentorship
- Financially viable with adequate cashflow
- Interns must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Working hours of the intern must be minimum 35hrs per week
