Career Conversion Programme (CCP)

As Singapore’s manufacturing sector evolves with Industry 4.0, IoT and AI, the demand for agile, tech-savvy professionals is growing. But attracting and onboarding the right talent can be challenging especially in a competitive market.
That is where the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) comes in.
How CCP Works for Employers?
- Hire a Mid-Career Candidate or Reskill existing employees.
- Provide training through a structured on-job-training programme (3 to 6 months), focusing on the skills they need to succeed in their new role.
- Receive Salary Support of up to 90% (capped monthly) throughout the training duration, helping you offset the cost of reskilling and integrating new talent.

Funding Support
- Standard Rate: 70% of monthly salary, capped at $5,000 per month
- Enhanced Rate*: 90% of monthly salary, capped at S$7,500 per month
*SC/PR aged 40 and above or Long Term Unemployed (more than 6 month)

Global Ready Talent (GRT) Programme
The Global Ready Talent (GRT) Programme supports Singapore companies by co-funding internships stipend for local students helping you attract young talent, build brand awareness, and strengthen your workforce capabilities.
Access Future Talent
Tap into a pool of skilled and enthusiastic local students from IHLs (ITEs, polytechnics and universities) for internship placements.
Receive Up to 50% Funding Support
Enterprise Singapore co-funds the internship stipend (up to 50%) to make it cost-effective to bring on young talent.
Enhance Employer Branding
Showcase your company as a youth-friendly employer and attract top graduate talent for long-term hiring.
Eligibility
- Local incorporated with at least 30% local shareholdings on a group level
- Have been in operation for at least one year
- Financially viable with adequate cashflow
- Committed to offer meaningful internship, learning opportunities and proper mentorship
- Financially viable with adequate cashflow
- Interns must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Working hours of the intern must be minimum 35hrs per week
