SPETA Chinese New Year 2026

A Night of Celebration and Connection🎉

On 25 February 2026 正月初九, SPETA was delighted to welcome over 400 members, partners, and industry friends to our annual Chinese New Year Dinner. The evening was a vibrant celebration of our community, blending tradition, camaraderie, and shared aspirations for the year ahead🍊

We were privileged to host our Guest of Honor, Minister of State, Ministry of National Development & Ministry of Trade and Industry, Mr Alvin Tan. We were also honored by the presence Ms. Wan Ling Yeo, Assistant Secretary-General and Director, NTUC Women and Family, and Dr. Dr. NEO Kok Beng (梁国民博士) NMP, FRAeS FIES, CEO of NEO Aeronautics and Nominated Member of Parliament. Their support reflects the strong partnerships and shared vision that make our community so dynamic.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to our event sponsors, @Arts Fuzion and Maybank, whose generous contributions helped make the evening possible.

Beyond the festivities, the evening highlighted the generosity of our community. In partnership with KK Women's and Children's Hospital, we raised over $89,000 for the Rare Disease Fund. Managed by the KKH Health Fund under SingHealth Fund and supported by the Ministry of Health (Singapore), the fund provides support to patients and families living with rare diseases.

As we welcome the Year of the Horse, SPETA looks forward to new opportunities, stronger collaborations, and continued growth across the Precision Engineering community🐎 We wish all our members, partners, and friends a year filled with health, prosperity, and meaningful achievements.
