Cohort 2 of SPETA Gen II Leadership Programme (SGLP)

Every leadership journey begins with a willingness to learn, challenge perspectives, and grow.

This week, we welcomed participants to Cohort 2 of SPETA Gen II Leadership Programme (SGLP) at Singapore Polytechnic, bringing together current and aspiring leaders from Singapore's precision engineering industry for the start of an exciting 6-month journey.

The opening session focused on Insights Discovery, encouraging participants to better understand their individual strengths, communication preferences, and leadership styles. Through interactive discussions and meaningful conversations, participants began building connections with one another.

Designed to support leadership development within the precision engineering sector, SGLP provides participants with opportunities to gain practical business insights, learn from experienced industry leaders, and build a strong network of peers facing similar opportunities and challenges.

Over the coming months, participants will deepen their learning through:
• Workshops on Strategic Financial Management, AI & Industry 5.0, Human Capital, and Market Expansion
• Fireside chats with industry leaders
• Personalised 1-1 mentorship with experienced business leaders
