Successful completion of the Inaugural Manufacturing Employer Handbook Learning Circles

SPETA celebrated the successful completion of the Inaugural Manufacturing Employer Handbook Learning Circles today with 22 company participants.
It is through collective efforts that we are driving positive change for the #precisionengineering industry and fostering a workforce that is better equipped to face the challenges and seize the opportunities of the future.

Companies went through dedicated workshops on various themes from the Handbook, such as Talent Attraction, Employee Engagement, and Developing a Compelling Employer Value Proposition, with many hands-on activities.

Their commitment, engagement, and dedication had given them room to learn from each other and grow over the past few weeks.

It is heartening to see company supervisors and management taking time off to celebrate this momentous occasion and witness their employees’ commitment and hard work towards improving and adopting sound human capital practices for their organisation. Your support for your staff have been instrumental in making this initiative a wonderful success.

We look forward to our next run of Learning Circles, in hopes of creating a positive impact to more organizations, supporting them on their human capital transformation journey and benefitting the broader industry.

Last but not least, shout-out to the following partners and agencies for your key presence and firm support for the industry.
