We embarked on a Sustainability Learning Journey to Onn Wah Precision to learn best practices

We partnered industry professionals like IHRP to deliver programmes for our members to strengthen their human capital capability.

We organised multiple Singapore Pavilions at international tradeshows to help our members broaden their market network.

We also worked with Institutes of Higher Learnings such as ITE School of Engineering to develop the pipeline of young talents for the PE industry.

We also took the opportunity to express our deepest appreciation to Mr. Simon Lim for his strong leadership as Executive Director over the past 2 years as he returned to EnterpriseSG upon the end of his secondment.

He will be sorely missed. We wish him all the best and look forward to his continued support in his new role with more partnerships to be forged.

We also congratulate Mr. Wong Anwei, the current Deputy Executive Director (Industry Development) for taking on the role of Executive Director, SPETA wef 1 April 2024.

Looking Ahead…

As shared by Ms. Elise Hong, Chairman, SPETA, we are excited to do more.

As we navigate the future, Precision Engineering will continue to be a critical foundation of modern manufacturing with opportunities abound. We will continue to

- Be the bridge between MNCs and SMEs members,

- Work with partners to help members break new grounds and build new capabilities, and

- Partner industry professionals to drive human capital development for our sector.

Together as a community we can achieve more.
